Basic Provisions
- The controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “GDPR”) is Oreon Trading & Marketing s.r.o., registered office: Blodkova 1585/13, Ostrava-Hulváky (the “Controller”).

Phone: +420 571 648 250 - Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
- The Controller processes personal data that you have provided to it, or personal data the Controller obtained based on the fulfilment of your order.
- The Controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- performance of a contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- the Controller’s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (in particular sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, where no goods or services have been ordered.
The purpose of processing personal data is
- handling your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller; when placing an order, personal data necessary for successful order processing are required (name and address, contact details). Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and performing the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the Controller to perform it,
- sending commercial communications and carrying out other marketing activities.
- The Controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
Data Retention Period
The Controller stores personal data
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Controller and to assert claims from such contractual relationships (for 15 years from termination of the contractual relationship),
- for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, for a maximum of 10 years, if the personal data are processed on the basis of consent,
- after the retention period expires, the Controller will erase the personal data.
Recipients of Personal Data (Controller’s Sub-processors)
Recipients of personal data are persons
- involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment execution under the contract,
- providing e-shop operation services and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
- providing marketing services.
- The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.
Your Rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have
- the right of access to your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR,
- the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or e-mail of the Controller listed in Article III of these terms,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated.

Personal Data Security Conditions
- The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
- The Controller has adopted technical measures to secure data repositories and paper-based personal data storage.
- The Controller declares that only persons authorized by it have access to personal data.

Final Provisions
- By submitting the contact form or an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you accept it in full.
- You agree to this Privacy Policy by ticking the consent checkbox in the online form or by entering your e-mail address. By ticking the consent checkbox or entering your e-mail address, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and that you accept it in full.
- The Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy. The new version will be published on the Controller’s website and will also be sent to your e-mail address that you provided to the Controller.
