    • If your parcel exceeds these limits, we will contact you and arrange an alternative transport.

    • Option to extend the storage period by 2–7 days at a collection point.
    • Z-Box: collection period 2 days, extension possible only by 1 day.
    • Extension possible via parcel tracking, app or customer service.
    • If the Z-Box is full, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point.
